If you could peek into a service without coming into the building you would probably wonder why was everyone having such a good time, after all this is church, right?
 
Well at Great Commission we believe church should be a joyous occasion.  A church is not a building or an institution but a people with a relationship with Christ.  Therefore our preaching style is meant to reach and teach those who may have never stepped into a church before, while at the same time challenging those who have, to reflect in their lives the message of Jesus Christ.

The hugs you receive are all meant to reflect our desire to be the arms of God welcoming you in. It is not unusual to witness crying and laughter in the same service. However I would ask that you do not settle for this description, stop in and see us sometime!
