Missionaries supported by GCC

Kandess Dunewood, Johannesburg, South Africa
Kandess made Christ Lord of her life in her late 20’s through the witness of a fellow worker at McDonnell Douglas Aircraft in California. She soon became involved in missions and went to Mexico on a short-term trip with Ambassadors Fellowship. In 1991 she went to Nairobi, Kenya with the same organization and became Director of Evangelism and Literacy. She developed programs for adult education, informal primary education and vocational training, and after five years, turned these over to national leadership. She later received a new call to missions and joined WEC International in 2001 to serve the Church in South Africa, working with national pastors in evangelism and church planting.
